I know that Mediacom can probably tell when someone has accessed a customers modem or router from the internet as incoming traffic, but I'm curious who the customer contacts for a copy of those records. Would it be customer service or does Mediacom have a department specifically for that sort of thing? If so, what is the department and their contact information? Thank you.
