I've had consistently awful ping to any services and games for at the very least, this whole week. I don't notice it at work as much (I share a Mediacom connection with my office), but I will be testing on Monday (if it doesn't get fixed earlier) as well and bringing it to my employer's attention.
I've tried restarting my router, my computer, checking for malware/spyware, connecting as direct as I can, and my ping is still yet consistent and awful.
The way my network works, is we have a mediacom modem that's connected to a wireless router, then connected to a 24-port switch for the office. From there, we have a line that goes to my personal wireless router and a line from that to my computer.
For the weekend I do not have access to the modem and can't try restarting it, nor can I get the make or model of it, and cannot access it directly as my router is set up on a different subnet.
I do however have proof of the line jitter.
Here is a speedtest from DSLReports tool, http://gyazo.com/f2115b3464b7769885842d31514f171e
There is absolutely no way this should be under 1 Mbps.

And this is my pingplotter test over the period of several minutes. http://gyazo.com/10a91c8b239275b49956e8074be19639
I'm running Windows 7 on a pretty powerful computer, so while it's possible these problems are from more than just my internet, it is unlikely.
For antivirus, I'm using AVG 2015.
