Well, with the cooler fall weather, signal strength has gotten higher in this leg of the Jeff City Cable System. I noticed Downstream Channel 5 started kicking uncorrectable errors, and I saw an uncorrelated Upstream change from 40.3dBmV to 42.3dBmV in the last 24 hours.
So, Mr. Chad, can you see what magic you can do? I know Derrick and Derrick (Yes, our two lead OSP techs here in town have the same name. Evidently it saves on shirts. :D) had rebalanced this leg in late summer or very early autumn, but the temps were hanging pretty warm at the time. We have settled into stable cooler weather now, and I was hoping to head off any outages.
