I had an upgrade scheduled today to go from internet service to internet, cable, and phone. The installer stated that my Ultra Plus (50/5) service had an issue that needed to be fixed before he could install the cable and phone.
I've had techs out over the last two years with the cable coming from outside to my house being replaced twice. I am frustrated that once again my internet connection has an issue and it never appears to have been truly fixed within mediacom specs. How can I truly get my line checked and get the issue resolved from Mediacom?
Any suggestions or comments are appreciated on how to proceed.
