so I'm not impressed.. talked to a lady this morning who was very nice!.. she told me if I dropped my cable they'd add 10$ a month for the last year of my contract. When she transferred me it went to someones home voicemail? not sure why but when I called back the second woman told me that i'd just be charged the 120$ ETF.. no adding 10$ per month.. "they don't do that anymore" .. i dont see what the difference is! its the same amount of money. If im going to get charged an ETF for dropping only one service.. i might as well cancel the whole dang contract and go some where else where they dont have contracts, and id be paying half the price for just internet anyways!
rant over! never getting cable again. my box shuts off every week and I have to reset it.. was told "thats not normal".. ok but its happening so now what? Only good thing about them is ive never had a problem with their internet speeds or connections at either of the 3 addresses ive had it.
