I have Mediacom. Other provider in town has given me an offer that i'm seriously considering. What is the correct way to cancel service? The reason I ask is I was given a box with remote. Do I just take it to there office and do it there or should I call a number first?
Have nothing against Mediacom there service(phone,cable,internet)has not given me any problems. Would like to stay with them but the offer I was quoted was very good. Thanks!
