During peak times as you would all say 7PM to 11 to Midnight CST my internet gets very slow where pages will not load I have done speed test and during these times I getting 10mb to 20MB for download and upload seems ok always the same I am on the 100MB plan.
been calling the last lets say two weeks on this issue off and on.
I been told everything by the overseas call center to its my router to everything else.
To the point I even went out and bought a new router and its not the problem.
I hard line to the modem to the computer and its the same speeds.
So I had a tech come out today and he was also the guy that did all new lines to my house less then a year ago a great guy.
Said everything looks good but when he called he talked to tech and they did some type of check for the last two weeks and saw where the Utilization was getting high 80%+ at the times where I have been having this problem. He was on speaker phone.
The tech said he can tell his Sup about it tomorrow and that's about it.
I know they moved me off one node or something last year because of this problem what options are their to get this resolved other then having to pay for something and not getting what I am paying for when I want to use it?
And being told to just give it a week and call back to customer service.
