I am having a problem with my DVRs, I have 2 of the Pace RNG150n and 1 of the DC900X. All home runs to where drop comes into house, hooked to splitter there. I haven't had any problems with the RNG150n that sits next to the DC900X downstairs, but we were cleaning and I had to unplug and unhook coax from RNG150n upstairs (I have done this before, no big deal) but this time it deleted all recordings from that particular box. Thought it was odd (got yelled at because apparently there was a Gray's Anatomy on there and my wife not watching it for 3 weeks is my problem). So I had to move box for some new stuff we got (2 weeks since last incident) and I unplugged power and coax from upstairs RNG150n box and when I plugged it in again it dumped the recordings from that box again (also a Gray's on there and a Kardashian, will the yelling ever end?). Any ideas, not sure if it is a DC900X issue or a problem with upstairs box. I will probably have them roll a service truck on this but I don't want to sound crazy when I do so any starting points would be great.
