Another day, another service interruption.
It's awesome getting to work from home, then having to drive 45 minutes to the office every time the service I pay for fails to work as advertised. (read: rather often)
Chad, any info on this?
I would also like a credit issued to my account if you're able.
Calling Mediacom customer service is a joke.
I'm greeted with the standard "high call volume" message, stating there is an outage in my area. Then I'm given the helpful option of chatting online with a CSR. Wow, that's super helpful as the entire reason I'm calling is that I can't get online.
Nowhere am I given the option to actually SPEAK to a CSR, which, you know, would be my only option of communication at this time.
