and burst out laughing, the way they like to blame customer owned equipment, how long before they start blaming the type of light bulbs you have for causing problems? or your cat for rubbing the door just right and tripping the door to randomly unlock?
or maybe, a per light bulb/door lock/window surcharge. does it come with a battery back up? how about a cellular backup? is this for entertainment only and the customer should have a cellular alarm/automation system as a backup?
i noticed when looking at the youtube videos that, of course, there are no accessible options. (not surprising since they strip out descriptive audio from programming)
question: would you trust mediacom with this type of system?
