IP-QAM DCT from Mediacom

Is Mediacom working on a DCT like Comcast currently has? http://www.multichannel.com/distribution/comcast’s-x1-makes-it-michigan/144701 I was at a friends house who has "Heart of Iowa communications" A local FTTC provider and I was very impressed with the options, He can see if he gets a phone call on his TV and also has outstanding TV options and guide data for finding programs. The only downfall is the Internet speeds which currently top out at 10 Mb/1Mb (ISP is of course NetINS) http://home.heartofiowa.net Granted the Internet options I have are much better but I would like to see some major improvement on the Phone and TV integration service offerings from Mediacom as I think right now they're pretty much 3 separate products with ZERO integration MediacomChad send this up the command line.
