Mediacom installed TV (TiVo) to my existing internet/phone service yesterday, the TiVo remote's RF is not strong enough to reach to my viewing area. I downloaded the TiVo app for iPad/iPhone to use as a remote. It recognizes my TV locations and displays programming and tools, but no stream or functions work. I have called the TiVo Mediacom people and TiVo. An upgrade was sent by Mediacom but as of yet it has not made a difference. Both parties tried for for an hour with no success to get them to talk.
