[IN] Worsening speeds, frequent drop outs and no service

I wonder if Mediacom is having upgrade problems or if the deteriorating service is chronic? My service (two accounts): at home (Culver) and at office (Argos) has been getting worse for months. Now it is to the point where DSL from AT&T would be an improvement. Very slow speed. Frequent periods of no service. Frequent periods of service slower than my original dial up modem 15 years ago. And then there was no service at either location from Monday afternoon until Tuesday morning. Service at home from 6P till 11Pm is impossible to use as it is soooo slow. IS there a cure on the way or is this what we should expect now as normal??
