So this has been going on intermittently for a while now but more often than not on sunday night between 8-10 the internet speed goes to almost 0. I couldn't even load a speedtest, but I did run a traceroute it's attached. Not sure how to address this because it is very intermittent and only for a few hours at a time. But it keeps happening.
