I've noticed that there are multiple posts regarding Netflix issues with Mediacom. I was a Mediacom user a few years ago, but when I moved in with my GF she used Uverse and didn't want to have to change.
After getting tired with multiple issues (multiple equipment failures, bill issues, slow internet speed) I got her to switch to Mediacom about a month ago. The only problem now, is Netflix sucks on Mediacom from an Apple TV.
I don't remember this being an issue when I last used the service, but when trying to use the service it will take roughly 10 minutes for a video to start playing. Once it is going there are no issues, and the quality is fantastic, but it seems weird that such a basic thing like getting a list of shows or starting a video takes as long as it does.
This doesn't seem to be an issue when I access Netflix in the browser, or when I use other video services on the Apple TV. Am I going crazy here?
