A friend was forced to upgrade modems and since then nothing but problems. Their work email does not work no matter what client it's on and also the scanner that scans through smtp does not work. It's NOT on the mail end of the work as it gets to it on my mediacom connection so it's something within that SMC modem/gateway. I don't have the user name and password for it. Mediacom of course says it's on the work email side which is BS. Any help?
