Alright, now here's the issue. Speedtests run well (both speedtest.net and testmy.net), videos buffer fast (for the most part...that will be explained), and on computers (both wireless and wired) everything works as expected. Amazing. Fast downloads, quick ping time, everything runs well. On the phones, it's a different story. Testing apps like Android Central, Clash Of Clans, Facebook, Twitter, HowardForums, Gmail, Google+ and XDA-Developers, everything takes FOREVER to load. Like even a simple article on Android Central makes me switch to LTE to load it. This happens on every phone. Not only that, but Netflix doesn't load. Like at all. It buffers 240p all the time until you give up. We just got this installed yesterday, what do we do?
