Every evening. Please. Save time for both of us. Switch me to an empty server, because I'm tired of webpages that load SLOW, Games that don't LOAD, Email that's no SHOW, and paying for MORE but only getting DIALUP speed internet, every single night. Starting around 4 pm CST I can't do ANYTHING on the internet because it is impossibly SLOW! 10 years of this, up/down, works/don't work, resetting modem, tech visits which result in a flash of speed that returns to SLOW as soon as they drive away, slowest internet monopoly in Missouri. Please, for gawds sake.. do something that you haven't already done that has not resulted in a fix :(
