Our Internet has been down since 7:30am in Chanhassen, MN 55317. The modem is not even syncing with the system. What's going on?
A traceroute from the outside world to my home shows not even reaching Mediacom's network.

Update 11:30am from the MC "official" forum:
"I do show a service disruption originating from our master headend, affecting a wide area in the MN region. Our NetOps team is aware and have technicians on-site working to restore service as quickly as possible. We have not been given an ETR at this time; however, if anything changes we will be sure to update things here."
