[IA] Modem that doesn't require power cycle after power outages.

I manage a business that has Mediacom business internet we have a Cisco DPC3008 and when we loose power the modem does not sync up we have a generator and a UPS on the modem. I'd like to know of a modem that would work better and doesn't require a power cycle. Nicholas
