My speeds went from consistently ~100 Mbit to averaging 20mbit. I even tested one this evening as low as 5 mbit. ( I am paying for 105mbit )

I called tech support and they said everything is fine in the area and on their end, so they have to come out. The earliest they could get someone out is the 18th!!! I was astounded by this.
I even spoke with Chad, and the best he could advise was to keep my appt for the 18th and he would try to get them out sooner.
Anyway, I wanted to post my signals to see if they are within proper range. This pic is from just after I tested @ 5mbit download... :(
