Things were going along swimmingly until I lost a bunch of HD channels in the 800 range (ESPNs, Disneys, FX, CMT, etc.).
As usual I contact the folks over on the Mediacom forums. They try to re-pair the card numerous times with no success. So they send techs out. First trip they test everything out and can't find a problem. Swap the card out still the same issue. Send another tech and their supervisor and they swap the card again and still the same issue. They tell me it's on TiVo's end. Spend an hour on the phone with TiVo doing diagnostics and they tell me everything looks good with the exception of VAL having a ? beside it, which means the card is still not paired correctly. I let them know on the forum and they want me to get another card, which will be the fourth card total in this machine. I'm losing patience.
