There is an sports event that ESPN lists as being available on ESPNU and WatchESPN. When I try to view the event I get the user not authorized error. I have previously been able to sign in with my Mediacom account and view ESPNU on WatchESPN. How can I view the event?
Edit: I contacted ESPN and was informed that I should have ESPNU content via WatchESPN but that the content could be specifically blocked by Mediacom if the ISP chooses to do so.
Mediacom advertises WatchESPN availability but doesn't reveal that the channel is intentionally crippled.
