Can someone tell me for certain how many upstream channels I should have with the Mediacom Prime 15Mbps Download / 1Mbps Upload package?
Ever since I got my DOCSIS 3 modem (Zoom 5341J) about a year ago, I have had 8 downstream bonded channels and 2 upstream. I noticed that starting Thanksgiving morning, I now only bond to one channel upstream. I have rebooted the modem many times over the past several days with no change. My signal levels and speed are just fine so no real problem but was wanting to know if losing one of my upstream channels is something I should report.
