We are offline here in Chanhassen MN, called tech support and we told a tech cannot come out for 1 week to check it out.
(a mediacomm tech was working just down the street this morning, around the time the outage occurred).
The last time an outage like this happened it was because a tech was doing a service disconnect and "accidentally" disconnected our service not the intended line.
Wait a week to find out if your tech created a problem?
Outrageous and unacceptable level of support.
