I recently purchased a 2TB eSATA drive from Fantom and it is recognized by my Pace box but it says it is unsupported. What exactly makes these supported vs unsupported and has anyone increased their storage successfully? If so, what did you use?
When I first got whole home DVR I had a 1TB internal drive but the box had issues. When they brought me a new box it had 500GB of storage. There are too many shows I want to see and not enough free time to keep caught up. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
