Poor Mediacom won't expand their network and cries foul when someone else comes to town with expansion plans. Rocco decides to spend money on a lawsuit instead of on his network. This is typical for the slimy person he is.
It sounds like Mediacom is crying about the franchise fees it pays as a TV provider. ImOn is going to be expanding its network to provide internet service. The city and its residents aren't happy with Mediacom so they invite another company to expand an internet service network.
Mediacom would rather get busy dying and sue those trying to succeed.
