So, Mediacom was our second service choice. Because I absolutely hate dealing with data caps and limits. I think it's stupid. So completely and utterly stupid. But my sister and brother-in-law set up service while I was at work. So I have to deal. Routinely, every 5-6 days we lose our service between 11:30pm and some ridiculous hour in the morning. I crashed today at 2:30am and we still had not recovered service. I know this is a problem on their end, because it's a DNS server error. Okay. I can deal with that. But can someone explain to me why, THREE DAYS AFTER the end of our billing cycle, we're getting hit with data overage charges? If the data limit rolls over the day after the billing cycle ends, for us, that should have been January 24th, as our cycle ended on the 23rd.
