[MO] Cable Issues...

I live in Springfield Missouri and have lived at my apartment for a little over a year. When I first moved here I had huge issues with the internet as it would cut out intermittently about twice an hour every day for almost a month straight. Sure surfing the web you might not notice this, but in an online game it was terrible. I would lose connection to the game server, didn't matter which game it was, battle field 4, league of legends, starcraft 2, even trying to surf the web when it happened I didnt have any internet service at all. Eventually I got smart and used a program called pingplotted and had it ping multiple times for hours on end to a stable address such as google. Anyways I had to upload this data to get my internet issue even fixed to prove that there was in fact an issue. Now I have a cable issue and i'm more of a computer person so I don't really watch cable tv that much kind of the reason why my wife and I don't own a cable tv box, I stream alot online. My channels sometimes just all of a sudden lose signal... gets really irritating, at first I thought it was my tv going out, because my old 46 inch the backlight was going on so I figured maybe the tuner was going out as well (we are still talking about a lcd hdtv that had a digital tv tuner) anyways after the purchase of a new lg 60 inch 4k from best buy, my tv will still do this randomly at times.... I actually made a video of exactly whats going on because I can't really explain it, other than obviously some kind of signal loss is happening I assume?? Also, i'm a little hesitant on even submitting this because i'm afraid mediacom is going to mess up my internet when trying to fix the tv.... The internet has been fine for a long time, yeah I lose it every now and then but nothing to complain about. I'm afraid this tv issue is going to screw up my internet like it was when I first moved in and that wasn't good... Anyways here is the video on youtube of exactly what is going on, also just to make sure, I recorded the smaller tv in my bedroom as well as the bigger tv in the living area, just so you know there are two different tv's two different jacks, two different brands of tv. but I have a feeling its not the tv, its probably the line even before the tv's. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsy7zxJE5-E&feature=youtu.be Again this isn't happening everyday, just at random times and it doesn't seem to do it in the lower channels.. Please if a mediacom rep could help me with this that would be much appreciated.
