so i log in to day to check balance and i notice im enrolled in ecobilling that i never asked to be enrolled in. click edit and change that. (i dont do paperless, most companies dont use accessible PDF's, they have to be formatted a certain way and that was is not the way you see the bill)
second i see a $10 charge that was reversed. so i take a look. overage.

im sure ill get some message about how gracious they are for giving me a credit for the first overage. i dont buy it. 1 desktop, 1 ipad, 1 nexus 7. no netflix, no hulu, no amazon streaming.
yeah no. and unless my neighbor figured out how to crack a 25 digit wpa2 + aes key, no intruders on the network. (which is moot since the figures dont match)
