My bill for Ultra went up $14 and is now $88.99 for this current period. I stared comparing statements and I am now being charged for High Speed Basic @ 14.04. I have never been charged this before. It has only been Prime+ to Ultra (SB05) @15.00 and then Prime Plus HSI @59.95. What's going on here? I've attached the pdf's if anyone can check them out. uid://1705265
