I am not getting channel 772 which is ID in hd channel. I have a tivio box and I get the channel fine with the tivio box. Just my little basic hd boxes i don't get the channel on them at all. I have called mediacom and they reset all the little hd boxes but it does not help. They want to send out a tech for one channel not working. Please help thanks
