This hasn't happened in several years, but sure enough, this July/August, new students come in and Mediacom slows down to a crawl in peak hours -
here are the stats from speedtest.net at 10pm vs 2am from two different servers -

2 Mbps down, 0.3 Mbps up
vs.
28 Mbps down, 2 Mbps up.
Can we please fix this, Mediacom?!
