My cable card got activated today and was working great, then I realized I was missing a couple channels like espn/2 hd and NFL network. Called to get this corrected and they said the cable card was activated, but the device was not paired to it. Said they needed to submit this to tier 2 and I can expect to have this resolved within 24 hours. But about 15 min after I got off the phone with them every HD channel is now listed as DRM so I cant even watch the shows with any non WMC device. And even worse is that fact that it didn't even fix the missing channels problem. Please tell me this can be fixed.
