T3 timeouts, Ranging Response Retries Exhausted, FEC counter way out of spec for 5+ months!? Mediacom is apparently incapable of providing internet correctly. What am I supposed to do to get this fixed? I've done everything on my end that I can think of and keep having to deal with sub-par support and late responses only to fix absolutely nothing. Any ISP is better at this point. Can't wait to switch.
