Received Sept statement today (8/29) and a notice on the back (page 2) states:
"Due to increased costs, effective with your September bill the standard monthly rate for the digital adapter rental fee will increase $1.00 for each device on your account. This will not impact customers on a special promotion until the promotion expires.
Probably the cost of adding the 24 hour on screen guide data a few months ago.
