Hi Chad! It's been forever since I had to bug you, but I'm afraid the last time we talked, you had someone call me and she was the second most helpful mediacom rep I've talked to behind you. I tried to PM you this like 10 times and it just wouldn't go through, so here we are! So I just moved in with my sister, and I'm in charge of her internet now. Long story short she's been having a ton of issues with it, and since I've gotten here, I've determined that the wireless routing on her surfboard modem / router unit just stops working like 4 or 5 times a day. So it looks like the wireless routing on that device is terrible anyway, so I ordered a new router, and I was reading online that I have to request that her surfboard be baselined I think I saw a medicom rep say, but it seems to be more commonly called putting the device in bridge mode. The new router should be here today, and I'd like to request that the routing functionality on her current device be disabled please. I have all of the account info I need except for the PIN number. She didn't have that, but I did request a paper statement, as that's the only way the rep I talked to last night said we could recover her PIN.
