I live right on the outskirts of town about a quarter to half a mile of a mediacom tap. All I want is them to extend it just far enough for me to get service. Apparently there used to be equipment on the power lines in front of my house that got tore down with a huge storm and was never replaced. I'd been given the run around for 4 months last year about solving the issues then not getting called back or swept under the rug. I just want to know if there's anything I can do or get some decent help short of going to corporate. Fast Replies would be appreciated.
