So I go to get online yesterday morning and no service. My wife and I separated a couple of months ago and I now have two accounts at two addresses. So apparently for no reason at all, they just transferred my account back to my old address. They just assumed I went to the local office in July and picked up a modem and setup autopay for a service I did not want. No notice or attempts to contact me were made, they simply just shut it off for no reason. Now, to turn it back on, I have to wait until a technician can come out and setup a brand new account. Seriously wtf Mediacom?
