However, I just called Mediacom and after talking to them it's performing much better now. It's been around 5-8 Mbps down for the past couple of days. I swear, it feels like I'm having my speeds throttled. Everytime I call they say they don't know what's causing it and then it suddenly performs better(still no where near optimal..)
