I have been having terrible internet connectivity issues that seem to be time dependent. From 11:30pm to 8:30 it seems to be normal but most days from about 8:30 am on it's terrible (graphs attached). I have called in multiple times and had a technician come to my house and determine that there were issues upstream and confirmed at the pole so it isn't a my home network issue. Every time I call in I get told that someone is looking into it and will call you in 24-48 hours. I tried to get a hold of the people that will be looking at this because this information in the graphs might be useful to them. It is getting old I want to be able to come home and use the internet that I am paying for.
