This happens occasionally, and is definitely external to my home, but I went ahead and did the usual power cycle of everything. Sometimes it lasts for an afternoon, and sometimes it lasts for several days.
My modem is on a direct drop from the pole, so there's no splitters or filters involved, and all of my modem signal levels look fine. The packet loss to my gateway is only 4% in the screenshot below, but it fluctuates up to double digits. Any help would be appreciated.
