They updated our area Wed-Thur and apparently it caused over 75 modems in my area to just stop working, my SB6120 included.
Tech made a couple of calls to upper tier with no resolve. They could see it, but it won't connect.
I'm now using a Mediacom supplied (Netgear) Modem/Router Combo, along with my Router just to get some sort of service, but it's terrible.
Anyone have this problem?
