We are excited to announce that Launch, Prime, Prime Plus and Ultra Plus customers with a Docsis 3.0 modem will receive the new speeds once they power-cycle their modem.
The new speeds are:
Launch 60 Mb down/ 5 Mb up 150 GB data usage allowance
Prime 60 Mb down / 5 Mb up 250 GB data usage allowance
Prime Plus 60 Mb down / 5 Mb up 400 GB data usage allowance
Ultra 100 Mb down / 10 Mb up 1000 GB data usage allowance
Ultra Plus 200 Mb / 20 Mb 2000 GB data usage allowance
