Hi there. We are currently (mostly) happy mediacom customers near Blue Grass IA. Our address is xxx Chestnut Drive, 52726. We are building a new home that is in a new subdivision that is adjacent to ours. It is directly behind our neighbors house and is about a 5 minute walk through their yard to our new place. A few families live there now, however they refuse to bring service into our new subdivision. Had we known this before we bought the property, we may not have. There are now 6 or 7 homes in the new sub and we're trying to figure out how to get cable.
The current homes back there are on Satellite internet because DSL is also not available. They also would be willing to sign up for Mediacom. Has anyone had any luck trying to get them to invest?
