I had this problem a few months ago as well, but it went away for a bit, now I'm having it again. I'm having ping spikes, packet loss and jitter really bad for several hours in a row. My internet will be fine until it happens, then it's like someone flips a switch and things go crazy for hours, then someone flips a switch off and it goes back to being completely fine, except for the stupid constant jitter problems. Here are my modem levels, ping plotter and speedtest during one of the bad times that are happening right now

Modem levels don't fluctuate horribly between the good and the bad times and I'm not taking on any errors. I feel like this is a problem outside of my house, but I'm not a professional. I would like to get more knowledgeable input. I recently moved across town and I had jitter problems at the old house too, just fyi.
