This problem has become worse this week. Starting around 8pm my channels start dropping. First the premium HD, then the rest. By 11pm I have nothing. This is common to the Arris box and my non box TV. The same happens with the internet. Speed drops, very slow - I was going to post a speed test, but it won't load. Then in the morning Channels and internet speed come back. Usually around 9am everything is back up to normal.
My neighbor is also experiencing the same issue. I just made the call for service. Since it's going to be a few days before they can get a tech out, Just wondering if anyone has any ideas? Maybe theres something I can check?
