Information:
1) Currently I'm being billed for the Ultra internet speed tier.
2) As I understand from the rate card https://mediacomcable.com/rate-card# for my zip code (52722, Bettendorf), this tier hasn't been unavailable for purchase since Jan 21, 2017.
3) There's no mention of my billed tier, Ultra, at all on the current rate card.
4) Sometime around the end of 2016/start of 2017 I got a letter in the mail saying my speed was being increased for free (Thanks!) by some unspecified amount.
5) I called in today to ask which tier I was on and was told the 100 Mbps tier, but my connection saturates at around 134 Mbps (awesome, not complaining!) and I'm being billed for something else entirely.
Question:
Based on the above, does anyone have a clue what internet speed I'm paying for? I'm confused by the discrepancy between my bill, what tech support says I should be getting, and my own speed tests.
Motivation:
I'm trying to figure out whether I need to upgrade to a faster modem to take advantage of the speed tier I'm on as my current modem maxes out at 150 Mbps.
