So I signed up for the 1gig service the day it came out in my area which was about a month ago. They came to install the service but the OFDM block is messed up and they cant seem to fix it. So now here we are over a month later and they still cant figure out whats wrong with it. A entire MONTH seems a little extreme. I have probably spent at least 30 hours of time with the mediacom people at my house. They are actually pretty cool people so I dont mind but they still cant figure out the problem. We have tried 5 different DOCSIS 3.1 modems.
I have messaged mediacomchad and BAINCH on the forums and neither have responded to me.
