So, here we go again. usually when i lose v6 a reboot of modem and router fixes it. not this time. full power down of modem (pulled the plug) full power down of router (flipped the switch) full power down of pc (pulled the plug, some glitch on this xps8700 will make it imidiately start back up if you dont) applied power to modem (wait, wait, wait, wait,) applied power to router (wait, wait.) applied power to pc (i allowed it to boot while the router was booting, they both take about the same time) test-ipv6 score 0/10 no ipv6 address detected. sent syslogs to bainch a while back but hes a busy guy sooo... i figure screw it, im not gonna mask anything and just cleared my syslogs and did another full power up. im posting the full log. maybe one of you folks can figure it out. because the router shows it has an ipv6 addy. p.s. i use syslog watcher 4 to monitor things, im atatching its native syslog file since filtering would probably make this easier. ipv6 settings. DHCPv6 With prefix delegation prefix length: 64 request pd only: no accept ra: WAN (yes) LAN(no) (removed) edit: disregard, as is typical after i post this it starts working again
